Catalyst is an intersectional, equity and justice-focused doula training that tells you the truth about the many layers of oppression in the US that have led to reproductive injustices-and gives you the insight you need to be part of the solution. This training is for the CHANGEMAKERS! Catalyst is the most comprehensive doula training program in the business- and you can take it at your own pace. Unlike the “weekend warrior” doula trainings, Catalyst will give you everything you need to get started with earning money and doing meaningful, impactful work with families in your own community. Antiracism training for the 21st century professional
Join us for a guided journey as we explore cross-cultural communication strategies, intersectional social justice, race theory and the historical context of racism in America. If you’re ready to take your understanding of anti-racism to the next level while learning alongside your peers in a safe and non-judgmental environment, Paradigm Shift is for you! We designed our 30-hour certification course to be particularly helpful to people of all ethnicities and ages working with diverse individuals in medical and social service professions, but it is suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of race and racism in America.
